These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 693jl platform, including all games, account services, deposits, withdrawals, and promotional offers. Players who are found to have misrepresented their age will have their accounts permanently suspended and any winnings forfeited.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Funds deposited and not wagered at least once remain subject to a ₱50 withdrawal processing fee per transaction. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used for deposit, or to accounts held in the Player's own verified name. 693jl will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance. 693jl is legally obligated to comply with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. 693jl reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for deposits exceeding prescribed thresholds. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
5.6 Currency. All gaming transactions on 693jl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 693jl is not liable for exchange rate losses or conversion fees incurred by Players transacting in other currencies through their payment providers.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 693jl are subject to specific wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limitations, and minimum odds thresholds that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. These specific terms are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

9.1 All content on the 693jl platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and user interface components — is the exclusive intellectual property of 693jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 693jl platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other rights are conferred.
9.3 Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 693jl content without prior written authorization from 693jl.

10.2 693jl's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 693jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.
10.4 693jl does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform at their own risk.
11.1 Voluntary Closure. Players may request closure of their 693jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC obligations.
11.2 Suspension for Investigation. 693jl reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account at any time for the purpose of conducting security, fraud, or compliance investigations. 11.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for cause, 693jl reserves the right to forfeit any funds remaining in the account, including any bonus funds and associated winnings, where such forfeiture is proportionate to the nature of the violation. Any legal obligations owed by either party shall survive account termination.

14.3 In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through 693jl's internal process within 30 business days, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.
14.4 The parties agree that the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved disputes not otherwise settled through the processes described in this Section 14.
15.1 693jl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 693jl will provide reasonable notice through platform notifications, email, or by posting the updated Terms & Conditions at 693jl.app/terms-conditions with a revised effective date.
15.2 Minor or non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or updates to comply with regulatory changes) may be made without advance notice.
